Q: I only want a couple of things typed.  Can you do that? 
 
A: Of course!  However, please bear in mind that I charge a minimum of one hour for my typing services.
 

Q: What software do you use?
 
A: I use Microsoft Office Word, Publisher, Powerpoint & Excel 2007.
 

Q: When will my work be ready?
 
A: At the beginning of the assignment I will give you my best estimate of when I expect your work to be completed.  The delivery estimate depends, of course, on the size of your job and work already in progress with me.  All work is processed on a first-come, first-served basis, unless short notice fees are being charged.  All sensible deadlines are usually met although in the unlikely event that for some reason I cannot meet the deadline I have agreed with you, I will endeavour to advise you as soon as possible.
 

Q: Do I have to sign a contract?
 
A: Not normally no.  However, for repeat volume business I do require a signature on my Terms and Conditions and will discuss and agree upon a preferred method of payment with you.
